SUBSCRIBE: – Let’s go to the fascinating country of Kazakhstan in Central Asia and let’s visit the biggest city of Almaty (which was the capital of the country until 1997). We will visit the metro station (which consists only of 7 stations) and we will view the most beautiful of the 7, the Auzov Theater station where the walls and the columns are adorned with medallions and ornaments to symbolize national pride. The station was first opened on December 1, 2011.
Kazakhstan, a Central Asian country and former Soviet republic, extends from the Caspian Sea in the west to the Altai Mountains at its eastern border with China and Russia. Its largest metropolis, Almaty, is a long-standing trading hub whose landmarks include Ascension Cathedral, a tsarist-era Russian Orthodox church, and the Central State Museum of Kazakhstan, displaying thousands of Kazakh artifacts.
