Back on the road again. Great to see you and now you are 4. Risa, your sister has to be more adventures in food tasting and should value the different taste and not comparing with the may be minor experience she already has compared to you guys due to your travel times. Tanner, well done. I also miss the daily dosis of vitamin D to catch. Dont worry, the time is coming. Enjoy the flowers, the tiny bushes with new blossoms and new fresh green in your garden and especially in the woods. Its so refreshing after this long grey times. Sorry to burst your bubble, but that Větrník (wind wheel?)dessert does not have maple glaze. It's caramel. I wouldn't go as far as saying that we never put maple glaze on anything, because you will find puff pastry items with pecan and maple filling in supermarkets, but it's is extremely rare. But we generally don't use maple syrup. It started to appear in supermarkets only about 20-25 years ago. And honestly I think Czechs only buy it when they look up an recipe of North American origin and need it for that. Then they buy it and use it once or twice and then it sits in the pantry for years until someone throws it out, because it expired years ago. We use it extremely rarely and don't really know what to use it for.

Glad you're doing well. Well there is no wrong weather just wrong clothing after all. They do have amazing bread and chances are the smokey tasting chicken skin is Paprika rub in some way, it's such an easy flavor trick once you know it. My mom even uses it to replace onions, we used it for curry ketchup when we didn't have onions and put some in our breading, we barely eat anything savory without Paprika in some form. There's a non spicy version too. Savory cream is amazing, so are those Knödel. And I think I got my first celtic cross at a market in that place, maybe even the booth.

I must have in been in Prague about the same time a you guys! I went to the Cafe Imperial, and had the Svičková. The chef is called Zdenek Pohlreich, and he’s a sort of Czech Gordon Ramsey! Anyway the food was awesome, and not too expensive. Savoy Cake at Cafe Savoy was wonderful. The Tafelspitz at the Slavia Cafe was amazing, and no one should leave Prague without trying the Grand Orient Cafe where I had virus cake. The only bad thing about Prague is that there are sooooo many tourists, but I guess that’s what happens when a place is so good. Btw, congrats on the new arrival, and glad that you’re back on the move!

It's great to see you back on the road and trying some delicious local foods. I was surprised at just how much older Noa already looks as she peered up from her cosy carrier. She is in for a treat, as Willa has been, to try new tastes as soon as she is old enough. So strange that Willa at one point chose a slice of dry bread to eat! At the market I noticed that English was evident on a lot of menus and placards, but how was it conversing with the stallholders to find out what the particular speciality was? Did they speak English? German? I'm looking forward to your next video!

I think that Prague is beautiful. Luckily, so did Hitler. This meant that the German Army was not allowed to bomb it. Even the Jewish Quarter was left alone, as a "Living Museum" (a courtesy unfortunately not extended to the Jews themselves). However, all of Prague's magnificent architecture was left standing. And so, it remains as it was built, back in the Late Middle Ages thru the late 19th Century.
