I started watching your videos as prep for my Orlando trip this summer, but I've honestly been watching them over and over just because I really enjoy watching you two enjoy Universal and now Disney World, which makes me even more excited for my own trip! I'm concerned. Seven soda refills… Better pro tips: Lose the backpack to avoid lockers, buy a pair of Rhone Mako shorts and a collapsible cup that you can keep in your pocket and drink water. Also Venture Wipes are your best friend. It's like a shower without the shower

As a solo must of the time theme park goer, Universal, and Disney I find that single rider is by far faster than express lines. And on many times , just end up doing single riders instead of using my express passes.
We're taking a family trip to Universal Orlando in June and we have a son celebrating a 15yr old birthday. Are there recommendations you have on celebrating a kid's birthday at Universal? Restaurants or ways to celebrate?

VIDEO IDEA! It would be amazing if you guys did a food video for people with dietary restrictions, like gluten free dairy free stuff. Can I use my water bottle to refill just water?

Hopefully Universal has improved their refill stations. We went last May and purchased the cups for our 3 day trip. Unfortunately, most of the times we went to any of the refill stations, there was no ice. This occurred as early as noon in both parks. Found this to be very aggravating. Soda and water out of the refill stations was fairly cold but not as cold as with ice and on a hot day this did not work for us. When we asked cast members about the machines being out of ice, they just looked puzzled and shrugged their shoulders as if to say, not my problem.

As someone who hasn’t been to universal sine i was like 4 and planning to go the last week of may for my birthday these videos really help to know what to do and not to do in order to have a better experience for a place that I had so many good memories as a kid. Thank you a lot honestly!!
I was so pissed that the ticket office pushed me to upgrade to the express option when I went in January. I didnt have to use it on 1 single ride. I hit up the long wait lines when park first opened and got on with little to no wait.
Will you get express passes for free or at a discounted price if you have a disability?
