  1. I'm one of the biggest Royal Caribbean fans but this is ridiculous this keeps happening. Something tells me this is the way they want it, and it's gonna be the norm like airlines do. I don't like it though.

  2. Evenin' Doug! So what is RCCL saying about these overbooks? It sure sounds like they're not working to correct the issue as hard as they should be.

  3. Hey Doug, Tampa here. Welcome home. Bigger is not always better. I would start canning these managers who are managing these reservationists. Whoever is responsible for these mistakes, they should be out the door. First time is bad, three more times is unacceptable.
