Is the Canadian Marriott Bonvoy credit card now even worth it
Stonks 🙁
Trying to figure out of Ricky has a hidden lavalier mic or a sensitive mic just off camera 🤔
no award availabilities for YVR-HND
You keep pushing ANA business class but there's never any availability from aeroplan
Bro, something is off with the sound. You sound like a 13 yo
A good feature of Best Western Hotels rewards plan is that they give some pretty large bonus points periodically if you take your rewards in points, rather than air miles with their partners, such as Alaska Air; but go ahead and earn those bonus points and you can convert them later to air miles, win!
I feel like this channel is a little too obsessed with japan/ANA now. I get japan is a popular destination but it’s not the be all end all
I never can't find any business class or first class seats available. He is promoting airlines industry. He get favorable treatment from them just following him for some information.
Ricky sounds like an AI LoL
Don't sleep on Turkish. Just booked IAD-VCE roundtrip with a free 2 day stopover in IST (yes 5 star hotel covered by the airline) for just 90k miles in biz.
I can’t even find availability for 80k
I blame inflation!
Hey Ricky – love your channel!
I keep things simple by taking your advice from a couple of years ago – I’ve consolidated my cards down to a RBC Visa Avion. I use those points for hotels and book with AC or other carriers when the deals are good – and I’ve used their auction process to get cheap upgrades. Happy traveling everyone!!
I just look for paid but discounted first/class tickets originating in other countries and use my frequent flyer miles to book positioning flights to the origin of these tickets and my hotel points to book airport hotels so I can arrive a day or two early before the "main event".
Lol I have never seen business class from Vancouver to Tokyo for 55k Aeroplan points. Not sure what he is smoking.
I appreciate how inclusive and diverse your content is, it's very important.
4:32 You forgot one of the most important points of all: Hyatt is still the only hotel chain who 🤨 doesn't have a Stay 4 Nights, Get the 5th Night Free (Marriott & Hilton) or Stay 3 Nights, Get the 4th Night Free (IHG Hotels) program. Also, I noticed the majority of their rooms in lower categories (1-4) don't even come with a microwave, for starters. Just a heads up.
Marriott has been devaluing its program too rapidly
I’m starting to accumulate in BA Avios after maximizing Aeroplan over the years.
Hey Ricky, Love your channel!
Do you have any tips on traveling during the peak traveling seasons?
For ex. I was eyeing a ticket from Toronto to Seoul for 55k Aeroplan points but I had to reschedule to a later month which now is +100k points. Appreciate you fam.
Hey Ricky! Do you have any more news on the new changes to Aeroplan this year? I currently have 105K with Amex and im wondering if I should pull the gun and book a flight to MNL with Eva Air Business, or keep saving for the 130K to NRT in First Class
