  1. Good stuff to know. My boyfriend and I are going to invest in an RV in a few years. I’m happy to learn from the two of you. We will be beginners as well. Happy traveling. 😊

  2. Oh i love your little butterfly Mandy,, I had one in the same spot too… enjoy your travels guys. Lol. I am.

  3. Hi guys .. thx for the tips .. good job. Small suggestion pick up some form of a screen tent .. that will expand your living space. Plus gives you and bear some shelter from the rain and the wonderful Canadian bugs lol. There are some that can work with an RV’s door. Some even have curtains to give privacy 😁

  4. My husband and I lived in an RV for 18 months before and during Covid. We loved living in it at first but being stuck in it full time during a lockdown was tough. We bought a 2400 sq. Ft. house in September 2020 and promptly sold the RV!

  5. From what I seen van travelers do is that they parked their vehicle in Walmart, Pickle Barrel or some other public parking lot. I know you guys are looking for nice camp sites in a camping environment.

  6. Great video. Yes, you have so many advantages with your RV. First of all, you can take Bear with you as you travel. I'm with you on the full bathroom and kitchen. I don't understand not using the bathroom either. Having a fulltime bed (no Murphy or folding bed) is nice. A big safety factor (compared to a TT) is being able to get in the driver's seat and drive away if you ever feel unsafe. Thanks for sharing your journey, safe travels.

  7. I always use a filter when I fill my water even though I don't drink it. I would also check your roof to make sure everything is sealed up.

  8. I think you are missing the real anti-rain solution. We live outside our camper under an awning and screen room. Inside is for sleeping, shower, and restroom. You need a great awning (not necessarily a traditional roll up awning), two nice chairs, and the ability to cook outdoors. You'll thank me.

  9. You’re fast learners and it sounds like you’ve already figured out most of the common issues. Next up will be making improvements like solar, ventilation fan, inverter, etc.

  10. Enjoy your travels. Sounds like water is the main RV issue – but you understand these now and seemed to have worked it out. The freedom to whose where you go at whim a huge bonus for explorers like you guys.
