    Heide Park Day Two Vlog April 2023



    Join us for a second day at Heide Park in Germany! In this vlog we experience more of the other fantastic rides on offer at this beautiful theme park. This includes on ride POV’s from the water rides, monorail, railway and many more family attractions. We also share highlights from the acrobat show and experience more of what Heide Park has to offer!

      10:47 looks like a fun ride and you dont get soaking wet like Tidal Wave at Thorpe Park thats just crazy how wet you get, we were dripping wet through, its a good job we wore out water shoes and brought spare clothes

      Compare this vlog with Smiler Takeover vlog…the uninitiated would never believe that the 2 parks are owned by the same company!

      Just a thought on the first clip from Colossos. Surely if a train gets left outside overnight they should have some covers over them to keep the seats dry 🤣

      So, from what I can tell the removed rides from the Mexicana section were a Huss Enterprise, Huss Top Spin, Huss Flipper and a Round Up by Heinz Fahtz. Proper Huss Flat ride corner! As the current Breakdance and Magic are also Huss rides 😮
      There are loads of flat rides that have been removed from the park over time though, including a Huss Condor, Huss Rainbow, a Mack Trabant, a Schwarzkopf Polyp, etc. They really did love Huss rides, but suppose they were made domestically?! 😅

      See those waterfalls Alton Towers? Also see those boats? They allow their guests to get wet and see the ride…..

      Great vlog guys, looks like a great park, certainly looks to be a stronger Merlin park, seeing Charlotte on the rapids was gold as per 😂👌

      What i don't understand (and maybe someone can answer this question for me) is that why would Merlin Entertainments at Heide Park leave there water Rapids ride running on full pelt.

      And yet at the same time completely turning down the Rapids ride at Alton Towers.

      I understand it's for Health and safety at Alton Towers in England, but surely that would also apply to Heide Park in Germany since they are both owned by the same company.

      I don't get it.

      Heide Park is a very well maintained & looked after theme park.

      And yet in past Alton Towers was very badly neglected for many years.

      What the hell is going with the company Merlin Entertainments Group.
