Fuerteventura Vlog December 2019 – I meet a VIP
In early December I made a trip back to the UK to meet a very important person. I flew from Fuerteventura airport with Easyjet to Gatwick but unfortunately had a 3 hour delay due to the French air traffic controllers strike 2019. Yet another strike from these militant buggers. France really needs a Maggie Thatcher to sort out their unions!
I arrived and had to go from Gatwick North terminal to south terminal to pick up my Hertz hire car, via the automatic train.
I now know that I would struggle to live back in the UK. Not because of the weather but because of the traffic. I seemed to spend half of my 6 day trip stuck in an M25 traffic jam.
