I visited Ambassador’s Sky Chef at Delhi which is India’s oldest flight kitchen that caters to Air India and many other airlines. The unique Indian kitchen setup cooking North and South Indian flavor dishes, samosa, curry, snacks, and sweets. Many thousands of meals were made from this mega airline kitchen.

Next, the kitchen presents some new dishes from Air India onboard catering. Chef explains the upcoming food and beverage on Air India which is very different from other airlines.

  1. I saw sam and other channels review of airlines food kitchen

But the hand touch of Air India always makes domestic and international travellers prefer AI over any other, except vistara( which is again Tata Group’s 🥲❣️)

  2. Wow… excellent episode… thank you for taking us to the kitchen where our Indian food is being made for the air passengers…

  3. By allowing an aviation legend like Sam Chui into the Air India Operations, I think Air India has got a great a PR machine going. Respect to you Sam, we avgeeks live vicariously thru you.

  4. u find hair , cockroack, all the thing in air india meal and flights …
the worst air line to travel after taken by tata group…

  5. It's true that this is from my Country. But I am sad that they are not following the minimum HASSAP law (Hygiene). Most of them not using gloves, face mask, no proper lids, still using the old dented/damaged aluminum utensils, and it goes on.

Lot of changes to be made and I hope Air India Officials see my comment.

  6. I don't know if it's me but I have always find Air India's food better than the other Indian airlines. Great that they are improving on that 👍

  7. Airlndia is back to buisiness for sure, can see the makeover from past 2022, hope to soon get onboard on the A350 fleets.

  8. They can drink ganga sewage, this unhygienic food is delicious for Indians. They have strong stomach and immunity 😂😂😂😂😂😂
