      Very nice! I need to get back there. The advancing shoreline at South Beach is due to the Jettys at the exit of Yaguina Bay. They cause some sort of eddys on the backside that deposit sand.

      Hello Traveling Robert, I really enjoyed the views of Crater Lake National Park. Cape Perpetua was AWESOME…especially the views far above the sounds below. Absolutely AMAZING Robert. OUTSTANDING! Is Alaska the next trip, I guess I'll have to wait and see.

      Sometimes Robert I think you need to slow down. Actually you DO need to slow down as you are missing so much on your journeys. I've visited Orgogon from the UK and it's by far my worldwide favourite place on the Pacific Coast….. Go back, chill, take your time and enjoy America 🙂

      We just visited Tillamook cheese factory yesterday and we got lots of samples then play at Chinook Winds casino. Then back to reality in Portland. 😜.

      Robert, thanks for the walk down memory lane at Blockbusters. My weekend routine will be on Fridays stopping at Blockbusters on my way home from work, renting a few movies and returning on Mondays. Those were the days.

      We were at Crater Lake 2 weeks ago. The snow was over our head and we trekked through it to see the lake. Rim road was not plowed yet. We'll be back….next time!

      So I hit you up on whats app as you suggested when I got to Florida two weeks ago, but no response, anyway I want to alert you about your new truck, Scotty Kilmer just did a video on it entitled "sad day for chevy owners" where the valves fail & break causing total internal damage to engine, it seems there have been several of these instances, so heads up and check it out. Really looking forward to your Alaska Adventure, I myself just finished doing 25 states on my Honda Goldwing, too bad I missed you, as I was in Pelican Camp neighborhood in fact I did all of florida in 5 days all the way to the tip of the keys, was fantastic, down the west coast and up the east coast.       Goodbye Summer 2022 ! and this was a spectacular ending to that year. Very cinematic as usual.. I especially loved the sun rays through the pine trees while you were walking on that trail. I had to go back and watch it a few times.

      Was in Newport and the Coos Bay Area at Easter. Nice to see your take on those areas. Bend and Crater Lake are both on my Oregon bucket list! Another great video!

      2022 was a horrible year for fires in Oregon, Washington and Canada. It’s hard to describe the color of Crater other than a blue you rarely see. The hike down and more importantly the hike back from the lake boat launch is roughly an 80 story climb. Be prepared. Crater is also on the Pacific Crest Trail.

      Our family lives in Newport, Oregon and camps out at Crater Lake for a weekend every year. Unfortunately, the wildfire smoke that you saw has been an increasing problem over the past decade. We have cancelled trips to Crater Lake from time to time because of the wildfire smoke. When the air is clear, Crater Lake has a memorizing, deep blue color that I have never seen anywhere in the western United States. P.S., Newport is a great place to live.

      hello Sir Robert, i saw the tillamook plant in oregon..were the ice cream was orig.made there..tillamook ice cream is available one of a mall,here in davao city,i like tillamook ice cream,bec.its so creamy,i always bought tillamook ice cream,even its a little bit expensive here in davao,it cost 500.00 php one canister…we love all flavors😆

      When you went to the crater lake, you should’ve made a right turn and went up to Lake of the woods you would’ve really liked that RV park. We’re all going there in September.
