This report is my last flight Review of 2019, hope you like it.
I have travelled with Air Canada many times, on different routes and different aircrafts. In my opinion it only deserves 3/5 if you compare to Airlines worldwide.
However, the FA supervisor on this flight is extremely nice, his great passion and hospitality totally changed my travel experiences. Overall I felt travelling with Air Canada is like a chancy shot, some crew are nice, and some are rude and aggressive.
Air Canada simply does not match Airlines such as Eva Air, Singapore Airline, or XiaMen Airline, whereas these Airlines have strict rules and regulations that prevent crews from being hostile, or create negative travel experiences with passengers. Air Canada on the other hand, is fairly loose in terms of regulation enforcement.
Overall nice experience with Air Canada THIS TIME, I will most likely fly Air China, or Eva Air for my next report.
