  1. Hi thank you for the video, I have 1 question regardind luggage on train. If I have 2 or 3 luggages both under 160 cm can I stay in normal reserved seats or should i reserve 1 with oversized luggage?

  2. Hi Yoko! Such an informative and detailed video! ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿฅฐ By the way, we are trying to contact you but cannot seem to do so. What is the best way to contact you? ๐Ÿฅฐ๐Ÿฅฐ

  3. Hi, Great video, was wondering if yo can help what would be best to get? JR pass or just the Suica card, myself and 2 of my children 11 and 17 years old are flying to HND airport, we will be traveling DAY 1 from HND airport to Yokohama where our hotel is, then for 7 days we will be going DAY 2 from Yokohama to Shibuya and return, DAY 3 Yokohama to Ikebukuro and return, DAY 4 Yokohama to Mount Fuji and retiurn, DAY 5 Yokohama to Akihabara and return, DAY 6 Yokohama to Disneyland and return, DAY 7 Yokohama to Disneyland sea and return. DAY 8 Yokohama to HND airport. I wanted to get the cheapest way to travel by train, so it didn't bother me if I did not go on the bullet train. Also the best way to get from Yokohama to mount Fuji and back to Yokohama? my children want to get some pictures standing at mount Fuji, we are aware its a long time to climb to the top and have no intention of reaching the top , we would like to go up to a point where the clouds would be below us though. sorry for the long message and would very much appreciate any reply's that would help us with this, its our first time to Japan and cant wait to come in August.

  4. Do you have some tips on how I can get from
HND terminal 3 to any of the closest bullet train station? I just want to experience the bullet train while I have overnight layover in HND.

  5. Hi, if I buy a JR Pass, how can I book the Shinkansen ticket? Is it just by using our JR Pass and inserting the Pass just like an ordinary ticket? As far as I know, only Hikari Shinkansen is available for JR Pass holders, so, depends on your answer, is it a reserved seat or a non-reserved seat? Thank you!

  6. Hi, firstly thanks for the useful video I have a question, if I buy non reserve ticket let say I board from Nagano and I get a seat and along the way do I need to get up if someone reserve for that seat? ๐Ÿ˜…

  7. Hi, thanks for the useful info for first time visit. Appreciate you could guide how to go to Yogohama fm Tokyo or Haneda Airport. Need to buy JR pass or IC card enough?

  8. I have a tip to add from my latest trip! When you are boarding the Shinkansen from a terminal point (for example, in our case we took the first train from Hamamatsu to Tokyo), it's actually more convenient to go without a reservation because you get a large selection among cars and seats on the let side of the train to have the best view of Fuji-san. Majority of the passengers didn't board from the terminal point.

Reserved cars and seats are limited so the seats that offer the best views sell fast (like one time, only 1 of 11 cars were reserved). In our case we had a loose itinerary so we only reserved our rides the day before, and all the seats we wanted were already taken by then. I can't say if it's the same for mid-day rides though, as it might be more crowded (we only rode early morning and at night).

  9. Thank you for this really informative video. If a seat is reserved online, is it still necessary to obtain a physical copy of the reservation at the station?
