Today is the day! Apparently waking up at 7 AM is the hitchhiker’s secret for success! As I start the day near Zemun in Serbia, I quickly progress over to the border with Hungary just to luckily find a lovely couple travelling exactly near Banska Stiavnitsa in Slovakia! Along the way, a meal in Hungary is guaranteed – even if we don’t stop in beautiful Hungary on this journey, we definitely need to pay it a quick visit and enjoy some local dishes.
