    Re-tour de France| Road trip: A walk in Albi and Lunch in Ambialet

    Welcome back to a glimpse of Albi. We had quite a walk back to the car- so thought I’d share the views and sights we enjoyed.
    Our time in Trébas was drawing to a close. We had one more stop to make: Ambialet. We took, like we usually do, a tourist scenic route. Little did I know what lay ahead. A scary bit of driving. I thought the route showed a bridge. Well, it wasn’t, it was a dam. Narrow, harrowing with all the water gushing past me and hobby fishermen who reluctantly moved so I could pass. Phew!! Glad that went well! Enjoy the video.

      It was fabulous to see some more footage of the beautiful historic city of Albi in this video. It is truly a gem. Haha, that fisherman was VERY reluctant to move and let you cross! Scary! There are some gorgeous photographs in this collection. Do you print many of them off, or just leave them online? Wow, that food looked amazing!       Loved seeing more of Albi and the beautiful Cathedral, Anita. It's just stunning and you have wonderful photo's to remember it with! I don't think the people fishing expect to many people to be driving along the water there. Lunch looked delicious! It's been a lovely trip and we're sorry to hear it's coming to an end soon. But, we're looking forward to seeing what's next, holding up traffic! Thanks so much for bringing us along.

      Hi Anita! Beautiful areas again! Omg that bridge though! I was sure that fishing rod was in the way, too, bit maybe that guy will be a bit more considerate of vehicles going through. Either that or they need some spaces so people can "escape".

      I seemed to keep missing notifications. That's ok though. I had a cup of coffee ready and looking out on a cold wet day and this is exactly what I needed👍.
