Les Deux Alpes is a ski resort in the French Isère département. The village sits at 1,650 m and lifts run to 3,600 m. It has the largest skiable glacier in Europe and is France’s second oldest ski resort behind Chamonix, where the largest mountain in western Europe is located, Mont Blanc.
Sauze d’Oulx is a town and comune in the Metropolitan City of Turin, Piedmont located 80 kilometres from Turin in the Val di Susa, at the foot of Monte Genevris. It was the site of the freestyle skiing events of the 2006 Olympic Winter Games.
