  1. Paul, my husband and I love watching your videos! Your family is beautiful! We are fellow Minnesotans too…my favorite travel memory has to be walking up from the tube in London. It was my dream to go there since I was a little girl. I will never ever forget it. ❤️❤️❤️💕💕💕

  2. Channel 9 is my favorite channel when I travel on United flights. It's fun listening to pilots of different airlines chitchatting flying west heading for Asian destinations.

  3. Favorite memory was flying by myself at age 9 from JFK to BOG. I felt so grown up ordering my Ginger Ale and reading the magazines while everybody slept. The FA were always catering to me by bringing fresh snacks. I think they were just grateful that this kid was behaving. Awesome channel, beautiful family, thank you for giving us a glimpse of a very important part of your life.

  4. Well done on 100K my favourite travel memory was when I went on holiday to bulgaria with a friend I hadn’t seen in years. We had a blast! Love the bloopers 30:12 was so funny 😂

  5. My favourite memory was a work trip to India. It was my first time, but my 2 colleagues had been several times. We went on a tuk tuk ride and apparently the look on my face was priceless. I honestly thought I was going to fall out on the corners and my colleagues couldn't stop laughing. It was brilliant and what an amazing countyry India is. Absolutely love your videos. Keep the vlogs coming. You are an inspiration! All the best from Newcastle, UK

  6. My favourite travel memory was swimming with dolphins in The Bahamas whilst on a work trip there. It was on my bucket list & i didnt know how i would be ever able to do that. I never stopped smiling for a week at least. Such powerful, majestic & intelligent creatures.. but so gentle. A highlight of a lifetime for sure!!

  7. New Zealand has to be my favorite travel place. But a VERY close second is driving hwy 128 from Moab back up to i70. Incredible scenery I’ll never forget.

  8. Congrats on 106k subscribers. Love ALL the videos! Favorite vacation memory was getting married in Maui. We still go to Maui often and it’s one of our favorite places to travel.

  9. My favorite travel memory was going out west and seeing some awesome sights for the first time such as the Grand Canyon, Zion National Park, etc.

  10. Congratulations on 100K! Re travel, if you've done enough and done it right, how do you pick a favorite? For me, perhaps the most vivid travel memory was when my family was in Guatemala when I was 8 (late 1960's) and we flew from Guatemala City to the Mayan ruins in Tikal for the day. The trip up was on a C-46 with bench seats down the sides, nonstop. The trip back that afternoon was on a C-47, and about halfway back we landed and they took us all off the airplane to fly a load of pigs and medicinal herbs to the city. True story! The pilot said he'd be back if he could make it before dark, as there were no runway lights on the strip where we landed (maybe Coban? I don't remember). Talk about waiting anxiously! Eventually the airplane returned, and after refueling by cranking gas out of a drum with a hand pump and filtering it through the pilot's handkerchief (also true!) we loaded up and took off, arriving back in Guatemala City as the sun set and the lights of the airport and the city were coming on. It was beautiful, it was thrilling, and it helped launch a lifetime of travel. Love your videos! You tell great stories and illustrate them vividly. I also appreciate your commitment to family and your willingness to address honestly balancing job/time away with time at home. Looking forward to the next one!

  11. My mom and I traveled to Venice, Italy a few years ago and enjoyed peach bellinis in St. Mark's Square. She and my grandmother took the same trip thirty years prior and did the same thing. It was special to recreate that experience. Congratulations on achieving 100K subscribers. Wonderful video as always!

  12. Paul thanks a lot for sharing your Layover life! Enjoyed every single video a lot. My favourite memory was a hotel stay for work in Frankfurt Germany when my wife called me in the middle of the night that our first born son is on the way to get his first glimpse of the world. I could make it on time back home to the hospital and a wink later our son was born. Will never forget that :). Greetings from Austria!

  13. Incredible video, on so many levels. Beautiful scenery, beautiful family, and as always an informative video. If you ever get over to Dublin please do ping me, there's nothing that I'd like more than to treat you to dinner.
My favourite travel memory was in 2012 when I flew from MSP to Singapore via Tokyo for the F1 Grand Prix but on the return to Tokyo from Singapore I noticed all the FA's looking at 'me'… only they weren't. Sitting directly behind me in the last row of Business was F1 WC Fernando Alonso. I had fallen asleep on boarding and hadn't noticed him. When I got out of my seat to disembark it was only then that I realised who they were looking at. He was too short to reach his bag, so I brought it down for him and asked him to autograph my boarding card – that is now in a frame along with other memorabilia from that trip and hangs in my office.

  14. Thank you for your honest video, so refreshing. My favourite travel memory was travelling alone DOH-CDG-GRU-CDG-DOH for a wedding. I spent more time travelling than actually in SP, but I'm not complaining, got window seats 🙂

  15. Amazing! Cannot wait to see the A321neo aircraft in service! I live north of EWR, and I see NW-bound flowing traffic! Probably flown over my house a few times!

  16. Out of the ones you have made my favorite was probably this one. I am currently working towards my commercial in my 30’s after a career change to become a pilot and for the love of travel. Seeing you with your family keeps reaffirming that the ultimate goal will be worth all of the financial sacrifice my family is making for me right now. Also thank you for giving a shout out to the flight attendants that you know that are trying to get their licenses too. Keep up the great videos and hopefully I’ll see you in the skies soon!

My favorite place to travel has been to Bryce Canyon and Capital Reef. I lived in Utah for while and didn’t even know about some of these other places you have mentioned. I guess it’s time for another adventure back to Utah.

  17. Congrats on 100k subscribers. My favorite travel memory is when my then 79 year old grandma stepped on an airplane for the very first time to attend our wedding in Arizona visiting from Germany.

  18. Great video man makes me feel more relaxed when im a passenger. When ypu mentioned the most beautiful thing you've seen in the sky, ive flown on WOW air when they where operating flights from EWR to Iceland we saw nothern lights right next to plane the pilot announced was stunning as we approached into Reykjavik.

  19. love your channel. always wanted to be a pilot, but it just was never in the cards. keep being positive and keep on slaying life!
