would love to see why are there no obese people in Italy , with the amount of carbs'they eat, bread, focaccia, pizzas, pasta….surely is the high standards of quality…
cause people cant afford for healthy food and they take junk high calorie meals during in day, because its cheap and easy to eat while doing they job.

olive oil is used a lot in any mediterranean country. but i guess the real problem with turks is, they dont exercise. most of them. i do both weightlifting and cycling as an hybrid athlete and i can say both sports are not making much interest to most people i know (im from turkey)
