  1. For the larger sized individuals it's difficult to buy clothes that fit in the Asian countries. Better you bring the amount of clothing you'll need for the duration. An X-Large in Asia may be a Small in North America.

  2. Love the fantastic content in general but disagree with some statements about being able to buy toiletries and clothing litterally anywhere – not true! πŸ™‚

  3. Checking luggage on the way home is problematic if you have to claim and recheck luggage. We have missed our connections because our luggage was over an hour in coming.

  4. My husband was walking in Florence with a backpack. A thief unzipped a section and stole his jacket. I wouldn't wear a pack pack on the street.

  5. What about traveling to go to a wedding? I have to bring dressy outfits and shoes specifically for the wedding events. Plus I’ll be doing some sightseeing and need casual stuff. I’ll be making another stop for 4 or 5 days ahead of time. I don’t know how I could put it all in a carry on. Maybe you could cover how to manage something like that.

  6. Great show! However, I think it is a really bad idea to not bring the original boxes your meds come it!!! IF
the airports are super busy or there hasn't been a threat of some sort —-like a 100 kg of cocaine found 2 days ago in Rome Termini then you might get by with pills in a container. My college student daughter was arrested in her car, of course this was in American, when she was pulled over for running over a a curb at
Taco Bell at 10:30 at night. She was not under any mind altering substances, however when they check her
purse, she had a small pill box of 4 pills. These were antibiotics, but the police had no way of knowing so they took her to police station, called us and we had to go pick her up. So, you do not want anybody to be
in an Italian airport, have pills in a pill box and no way to prove it. Will a picture of the original box work?

  7. I bring a box of art supplies too. A few years back my husband and I took a trip to Africa. He is a musician so I knew he would be unhappy for a long time without a guitar so I found and bought him a traveling guitar. He loved and still does love it!

  8. Nice bags πŸŽ’ love the pouch πŸ‘ too.
I'm going to invest in a good anti theft bag. don't care for the pouch around my waist it makes me fat. Lol. I just ordered packing cubes from Amazon. Love your cubes. πŸ˜ŠπŸ’“πŸ˜ŠπŸ’“

  9. We used small carry-ons for our last trip. The airlines made us check them. One was a small hard-sided carry-on, well within the required dimensions and not heavy. The other was a Rick Steve's soft backpack. If the airline says you have to check the carry-on, is there any recourse?

  10. Super helpful info ! You named so many products but idk all those brands . Tom Bin? The undies? Please tell me all those brands. Wish I had found this sooner. I leave next Tue for UK.

  11. The weight thing is important because flying is all about weight and balance, that’s what keeps the plane flying instead of crashing

  12. I’m traveling for a week 3 months from now and I’ve been planning for a couple months! I like the KISS method. What I plan on doing when I get to the destination is the main factor of my planning.

  13. I don't understand why many Americans say you need water proof sandals for the beach. Here in Australia we take any shoes or sandals, rinse off the sand , dry our feet and leave. Are Americans wearing their sandals into the water… I know British have been known to do that.

  14. If I hadn't already subscribed, you would have had me at a skirt being extra air conditioning! Is there something stronger than a "like" for this video πŸ˜‚β€
