IMO, Toronto and Vancouver should be removed from any list of "best" cities, if only for their ridiculous housing prices. And the many social issues that come with it.

I lived in Sherbrooke while I was in university and it was an amazing place. It was the first time that I had ever seen electrical outlets for engine block heaters in parking lots.
I really miss that place.
