It was a long weekend this past weekend, and I spent it at a traditional Japanese inn, called a ryokan. It was my first time staying at a ryokan. Yuen bettei daita is the one I went to, it was still in Tokyo, only 10 minutes from Shinjuku station. I loved the experience, everything was so aesthetic and relaxing.

Oh my goodness, I ordered that same book yesterday! The ryokan looks amazing…and the food 😋. I could happily stay there.
