      I’m so confused! What food/beverages are included in the basic package I bought? Will I have to pay for nonalcoholic beverages and meals on the ship?

      We sail on Discovery on Feb 11. As a party of 6, we thought we had reserved our dining reservations for each night except one night in a Specialty restaurant. We decided to change the Specialty night and what did Princess do but cancel all of our Dinner reservations–NOT GOOD. When we spotted this, we called back in and Princess now wants my 93 year old Mother to accept an 8 PM dinner slot versus the 5:30 PM. Very frustrating and disappointing and we are not even on the Ship. By the way, your video was excellent! Thanks

      Top tip is NEVER book a cruise with Princess ever. Double charged our bank account but abysmal customer service said they didn't despite our bank being on the phone with them and showing them duplicate emails and invoices that came in 10 minutes apart. Then to "make up" for it canceled my room and booked a new one with complimentary Premiere upgrade only to then bill us on 2-8-23 for the so-called complimentary upgrade and state in the bill that it had to be paid by Jan. 24, 15 days in the past. Despite a screen shot I had proving the complimentary upgrade and the paid in full status, the rep on 2/8 said Princess never does that and our only option was to pay another $2350 or cancel the Premiere. Otherwise he would cancel our entire cruise and we'd be out 100% of what we paid already! Waiting for hours to get a rep and then they don't know anything. Stay away!

      Thanks for all the great information. I am considering Princess in the future for Alaska and am trying to learn about them. We have primarily sailed on Carnival and are going on Celebrity Edge this summer.

      We upgraded to Princess Plus for next cruise. We've never bought a drink package before, because we don't drink enough to make it worth the cost, but with the gratuities and Wi-Fi included I think it will be worth it this time.

      As a long term cruiser with Princess, 20 cruises, they still need to get Accenture to repair that app. It is not perfect. You hype it up but in reality it is not there yet..

      Sheri, I've been listening to your podcast and watching your videos quite a lot, now that I've booked my very first cruise. I must say that you have a perfect voice for this work. You've got a great delivery and enunciation and your bubbly personality really comes through. The quality of your product stands out above many YouTubers. Very succinct script, clear pleasant delivery, and perfect audio levels. You're doing a great job and thanks for helping me prepare for my Princess Alaska cruise.

      Where you go to get your excursion money back? We were supposed to be on our 15 day cruise on Panama Canal right down. Let’s just say American Airlines ,Dallas Airport and Princess let us down . They all made us miss our cruise because they would not work together to get our luggage from airport to the cruise liner. Dallas rebook us(6) to a airport an hour away from we would catch our cruise. Ended up flying back home after 2 night in hotel before we could leave, adding a expensive of $3000 more out of pocket. Thank god for our AAA travel agent trying to get our hotel and tickets home after the big let down of these companies. We will see how much we get back.😮😮

      Am currently cruising on the Caribbean Princess — Western Caribbean. Dining in the Buffet is significantly worse than what we have experienced previously. At dinner only one of the four serving stations is opened . seating is crowded— bussing of tables is slow. you have to be served so lines are long. There is no fresh pasta serving station. Drink service is non existent. It’s obvious that Princess wants you to pay $100+ to go to the specialty restaurants

      Do you now have to use the medallion or can you still request a cruise card once onboard. In my past 3 cruises (before COVID) the medallions just didn't work very well at all, so I just asked for a cruise card.

      Hi. Is it worth buying a 7day spa pass on Saphire Princess in Alaska?? I know we will be busy but if the facility is nice we would love to use it. We had a complimetary spa day given to us on a smaller Royal carribean ship but it only had hot beds to use nothing else. thanks

      Where did you find the bracelet for the medallion? I’ve looked and can’t seem to find one similar. Would be a great way to wear it on formal night.

      Here's a tip, don't buy any accessories for your Medallion. Do you realize that all you are doing is buying accessories for your room key. Princess now charges you if you want your medallion sent to you before the cruise. They want you to pay extra to save themselves the trouble of giving you the medallion at the pier. Do you accessorize the key to your home, if not, why would you spend money to accessorize the key to your cabin.
