  1. I had been to Rome, but never was as moved as watching this clip. I didn't fully appreciate it due to the lack of background knowledge. It's a great thing that I can still catch up by just watching rick explaining.

  2. Those are not brass knuckles on the boxer. Those are pads on his knuckles to protect them. The entire set up from forearm to fist is called a himante.
