i'm an Aussie and my advice to you is visit central Australia. it's amazing go to Uluru/Ayers Rock and Kata Tjuta make sure to go at sunset or rise it's beautiful. and there are a lot less people in Alice Springs compared to the major cities so it's quicker to get to places.

Fun fact, dont tip at fast food restraunts as a lot of fast food chains in AUS don't actually allow staff to keep the tips, it's classified as a "donation" and goes to the store or to a charity
