2. Penang CNY Celebration in GEORGETOWN (Various Performances, VERY happening)
3. Hokkien New Year at the CHEW JETTY. Also called Jade Emperor God Festival (8th Lunar Calendar day)
4. Display of Lights at the KEK LOK SI Temple – Starts around 1 week before CNY and lasts for around 30 days
5. Ban Ka Lan Snake Temple CNY Culture Celebration – Often held before CNY
