Well the ship was almost plain sailing, but the border control not so much! Join us this week as we eventually make it through the paperwork and all official checks and finally arrive in Morocco!
The officials at Morocco’s border were very polite and very thorough. They do a fantastic job, we’ve just not experienced such attention to detail and full on searches on crossing borders previously.

Our family have been roaming around the UK, Europe and US since 2007. We set off on each trip with only a rough destination in mind, allowing the roads we take and places we stop to evolve as we meet new friends along the way.

Lovely to see your first experiences of Morocco. Take me back! Our vehicles were x-rayed at Tanger Med (both ways) mad also had a lot of questions. All worth it. Looking forward to seeing the rest of your trip. You have so much fun ahead of you!
That is normal enough for the Ceuta Morocco land border. You summed it up very well. I had a similar experience. I got interrogated as if I was a bank robber. What had I done I was asked. This went on for a while then ok and allowed to proceed.
It looks like you headed straight for the land border after the ferry. Sadly you missed having a look round Ceuta. A real jewel. Worth at least an overnight stay and a look around I would say.
Enjoy Morocco.
You should have just asked for a pen and paper and written out the declaration of permission to drive your own vehicle!! Who better to do that than yourself!!
Kinda jealous(in a good way😂) looks fabulous… Be mindful and have a great trip.. Can't wait till your next enthralling episode❤
Really enjoying your holiday, but a little nervous when you come to a check point,, i think your very brave, a d appreciate all the vlogs, thank you for sharing. Take care. 😘💚
Always learn something from your vids ! Interested in starlink …..can you give a bit more information on the system – is it a fixed install and costs ? We are heading for Morocco next month .
Hey Steve, I was searching for 'Morocco' on YouTube after the Moroccan women's football team qualified for the knockout stage, and I stumbled upon your channel. This is my first time seeing you, and I must say, you bear a striking resemblance to Fouzi Lekjaa, the president of the Royal Moroccan Football Federation! Just thought I'd share this fun observation. Keep up the great content!
Welcome to Morocco!
I hope you will have a wonderful time exploring this incredible country.
A tip, don't have expectations; just go with the flow. Yes it will be overwhelming and sometimes chaotic but absolutely mesmerising in the end.
I' ll be watching you!
The music sounds ominous as you go through the checkpoint, I’m waiting for the guns to come out
Sometimes the checkpoint people get bored and I reckon they take the piss and go have a laugh with there mates later,
They be like did you see his face, I really had them shitting themselves.
What a great adventure. Thanks Don from California

Looks fab, this is great info for our planned trip this winter. They asked about a drone, wonder what they would have done if you had one?
No drones allowed?
Make sure your doing your limbering exercises. It will be touch your toes time returning back into the UK from Morocco 😰🙈👍

Amazing caravan camping fully loader swimming pool it's super idea including showers toilet & other facilities with reasonable prices other than dinner for family cost £12 it's a joke brof that's why Morocco attacked by worldwide tourists

Morocco doing great I classified Morocco number one country in Africa and better than some European and other countries from all perspectives
We love watching your travels, however when linz said about insurance and 'if we had something old then 3rd party insurance would be fine. Sorry but our van is 27 years old and we love it and we still want it insured properly. Her comment was condescending as not everyone can afford brand new vans but it doesn't mean they are any less loved by their owners.
Need to be careful with a motor home in Morocco or just traveling around there in general.. Need to do research about scams and thieving. Take care of the kids too.
From Morocco but living in the north yourkshir, hope you will have a nice time
Heading to Morocco this next week. Thanks for sharing
Sounds ok , we were asked for "lunch for the captain" cost us 400 MAD after going into the other enclave , doing a shop and sending a legal document home, then re entering Morocco. Oh and the blasted kerbs were so high it scratched the hab door step. On the whole though Morocco was a great experience.
