Coronavirus – Is it Safe to travel & what are the safety Tips!
Lots of you wondering lately if it is safe to travel to Asia, after the shocking news around the world, about the latest deadly coronavirus that hit China, one of the most populated countries in the world.
If you were planning to travel to Thailand, and the virus news gave you some concerns, and you are thinking to change your travel plans, or even to cancel your bookings, then before taking any actions relax and watch this vlog.
Current situation in Thailand.
Of course you have seen lots of news updates on what going on, and Thailand was the 1st country outside China to confirm cases of novel coronavirus infection. Bangkok, Chiang Mai and Phuket are the most touristic places in Thailand, and that made tourists to have some concerns about the current situation.
Government actions
The Thai health and tourism authorities has taken all the actions needed to prevent the deadly virus, and the measures are so serious and effective since all the cases of the virus was before the government security actions, which shows the high responsibility of Thai authorities to make Thailand a secure place for the locals and surely for tourists, starting from the planes to the airport and all over the high risk areas.
Tourists concerns
Now tourist are concerned about their vacation and if everything is ok in Thailand, well let me tell you, yes till now all is well and the % of tourists are almost the same, the malls the markets the walking streets shopping and nightlife, all are still crowded with locals and tourists, and nothing is changed, except the number of Chinese tourists has fallen, so nothing to worry about just keep on your schedule, but in order to be more safe follow some of the safety tips that we will give you.
Safety Tips
These tips are not new and its already applied by lots of tourist and locals, so since there is a new situation, you better apply too, in order to be on the safe side.
Use protection masks, especially in crowded places like open markets and public transportations, where as you know in Asia its always crowded by locals and tourists.
Wash your hands as usual, and use gels, so that you prevent any kind of bacteria’s, and the weather in Thailand now days are hot so taking showers frequently will make you stay clean and fresh.
So I guess these two tips are not a big deal and not even new so enjoy to stay clean.
