I was intrigued by your process and how you described seeking guidance. I’ve always been one to think things through, carefully consider consequences, make lists of pros & cons, and to make a step by step plan to achieve my goals once I determine what they are. But there have been a couple of times in my life, crisis points, where I could not depend upon logic or the mind because my thoughts were a reeling tangled mess. I instinctually knew that I had to clear away the noise and listen to what my heart was telling me. For me it felt like a pulling in, a centering. I found waiting there a knowing of what I needed to do A knowing beyond knowing. Certainty.
I don’t know why, but until watching your video just now, I hadn’t really realized that this is something that can be tapped into daily. I don’t have to wait until a crisis to seek this kind of clarity. This feels like a breakthrough. Thank you. 🙏

We currently live in the Sandia Mtns. foothills in Abq. (we moved from NYC) and I have this deep yearning to live in France for a few months/yearly (we have 2 older cats) and it's not possible to travel with them. But, I truly admire both of you and how supportive you are of each other; there's no other way

You guys are awesome and enjoyed the philosophical portion as well. Two thoughts: Our senses and emotions see to be able to very easily lead any of us astray. The inner self guidance always comes in words and words must be formed in the mind. Second, anything that comes into the heart seems to have to come through the mind first or we would not know of what is coming to the inner self is good or evil. Just some thoughts. I admire you all as my family is very much enjoying watching you and your family and your journey:)

Congrats! It has been Inter and inspiring to follow your journey since selling the house in Oregon. I also tap into what I call intuition and practice letting the gut speak along with the head. Ultimately I sense it from where those two energies intermingle in the heart center. Can’t wait to see the home tour .
