I made the biggest rookie mistake of buying that ticket on the first day I arrive in Japan a few days ago…. Left the airport later than I thought. I was way too tired to travel outta my hotel room. 😢

Maybe he won't remember much of it, but I know a nugget of it will stay in in his mind. I went to Disneyland when I was little, maybe like when I was like 4 years old, and I can't recall anything about it but I remember going to it. That's the good thing about making a video about this, he'll be able to watch it later and remember parts of it.

Even if Wolfy doesn't remember being this age, you guys have a ton of videos that you can show him when he's older, so he'll be able to see how much you loved him and spent quality time with him starting when he was born. Paolo, Maiko, you guys are awesome parents, don't listen to anyone who says otherwise.

Ahh my heart is full seeing Wolfy just so excited. This spontaneous little trip will forever be etched in his heart, or if he may not remember, he has all this footage that I am sure will bring him back to this moment where he shared his happiness with you.
I absolutely despise the teacup ride. My friends and I were looking forward to get on the amusement park's four extreme rides but decided to warm up first and try the little children's rides. One of which was the teacups. I had one of the worst nauseas in my entire life after that ride. Glad the one you got into was not that dizzying because the things we do for our children, right?!

We live in So. Cal, pretty close to Anaheim. We took our kids to Disneyland a lot. They now enjoy going as young adults, and our oldest at 23 now works at California Adventure.

GREAT FAMILY MOMENTS. its sad to see the masks and restricted breathing for everybody. interesting how all the folks can sit and eat without masks . but Go outside and masks required. HOPEFULLY restrictions will be lifted

I don't know why people put more value into what a kid will remember over the experience itself. Kids like Wolfy will be formed by this day, and what comes ahead is shaped by it.. doing, something for your kid because he/she will remember it is not where the value lies.

He will remember being loved, that is most important. Also, who cares if he remembers, he is happy NOW.
Even if he doesn't remember this trip you can always go back to this video in a few years when he is older and he can watch it then. The fact that you both took the time to show your son a great time is also all that matters to Wolfy anyways. Enjoy all this time you spend with him cause the years fly by fast!!!
Children do remember my son is 8 years old and sometimes he surprises me when he says he remembers or a place gives him a feeling that he’s been there before . So from experience I do believe a child remembers.
Moments like this do affect children even if they don't have memory when their older. It's the good feelings inside that help the child grow emotionally. If a child is always sad or upset , they will become emotionally struggling older children. So you are doing an amazing job 🙂 always keep them happy!!!
Whether he remembers or not, you are laying a foundation of family togetherness and joy he with know. Besides…it's no bodies business what your child remembers or not. ❤
