PETRA IS A GREEK WORD MEANS STONE
It looks quite barren and bleak, is there any green countryside
Hi there! Your video on the holy sites in Palestine is truly captivating. Your respectful portrayal of the cultural and historical significance of the area is commendable. Thank you for shedding light on this beautiful and important part of the world! ๐๐๏ธ
I'm enjoying your Palestine journey ๐๐ป I think Harappa is older than Jericho… ๐ค
08:33 Interesting that sign says "Iesire", which I looked up is exit in Romanian. Was that cable car imported from Romania?
Welcome
Question: how do you have 4G everywhere? What provider you use?
Love these videos on Palestine ๐ต๐ธ very interesting country, Gabriel absolute legend cheers from Australia ๐ฆ๐บ ๐
Fantastic Palestine videos Gabriel, so much history and beauty, these could be my favourite videos you have made.
Wow this pace looks very cool ๐
Excuse the expression but it looks like a God forsaken terrain, steeped in History – definitely not a place to visit in the middle of their summer!!
But hey thanks for showing us around ๐๐
Thanks for showing unexplored part of Palestine, perhaps if one travels there can change the perspective to see the thing.
Cheers from India
This is the BEST episode like a walking bible.
great video
oh boy if u decide to cross the border into damasuc/syria ull have the best time ever
Imagine all the troubles that would have been avoided if this Jesus was born elsewhere.
13:48 Woman says "the other part is more orthodox but this cave looks more christian, i assume 80%".
Well, guess what: The Orthodox also happen to be christians โ๏ธ , so you are completely wrong 100%
Amazing video as always
Gabriel, you've inspired me to do so much traveling outside of the obvious places that people go.. Headed to the Middle East November and this will be one my stops
4:37 Says "Greek Orthodox Patriarchate of Jerusalem Holy Monastery of Prophet Elijah in Jericho."
7:40 I imagine that the Dead Sea Scrolls were found in caves like those.
Bringing great footage! Go back to the caves!!
There is no place called Palestine it's called Israel why you keep saying Palestine
Palestine is Holy Land for Jews,Christians and Muslims we can all Live as Equal Citizens and Peace with Each Other if we dont give a Platform to Extremist from all Faiths so no Apartheid state in HolyLand
One of my distant relatives visited that area. You may have heard of him. His name was Jesus and he was born in Bethlehem. His mother was 15 and pregnant. She met Joseph who was about 30. He married her because unmarried Jewish girls were often stoned to death. He is the one who made up the fantasy about Jesus. He figured that they would get more presents that when he was born.
Gab = undoubtedly one of the best travelers on YouTube. The breakfast buffet in the bag had me laughing as a fellow traveller and your excitement in seeing a path to the cave that you had to go back I can totally relate to shame you couldn't go back โค
You should do some research before you go .
Gabriel, thank you so much for showing us the beauty of Palestine. I never knew these sites existed (or at least that they were based in modern day Palestine). It's like someone doesn't want us to know about this, to see normal people just having normal lives and history. Keep bringing this great content.
I DEFENELY VISIT THAT CAVE. THANKS FOR TAKING US WITH YOU. SALUDOS
COOL DRIVER , SALUDOS
It is the oldest CONTINUOUSLY inhabited in the world
John 18:36 Jesus answered, My kingdom is not of this world: if my kingdom were of this world, then would my servants fight, that I should not be delivered to the Jews.
Hi gabriel. Siggested cities to explore: nablus, beitlehem and hebron. Enjoy ๐
Middle Eastโฆ no problems we have a Greek Orthodox Monastery here too. ๐๐ Thereโs no escaping us Greeks, Gabriel.
So nice natural photo
Of all the places you have been, which had the best vibe. By which I mean were vibrant and interesting things were happening. Where, if you had to settle, would you settle?
If you ever go back to Jericho you should see Hisham's Palace an Umayyad desert castle from 8th century….an incredible mosaic floor more than 800sq metres…really worth seeing
