You can try have a walk at desa park city park. Its really beatiful there.
Adopting a minimalist and uncomplicated approach to both traveling and life can lead to greater happiness and peace. By carrying fewer physical belongings while traveling, you can move more freely and enjoy the journey without being weighed down. Similarly, in life, letting go of unnecessary worries and burdens can lead to a more fulfilling and joyful existence. The idea is to simplify, declutter, and focus on what truly matters, which can ultimately lead to a lighter and more enjoyable life experience.
I am quite a minimalist too
Like Buddha mentioned everything we hv is impermanent including love. Get rid of stuff as much as you have so that there no attachment to us.
I do not wear underwear recently due to hernia surgery.
Amazing video ! i love the botanical-garden- walk and some of your thoughts about traveling with light backpack – my backpack is a jack wolfskin, i bought for my first trip to Ecuador, it is still unbeatable good and reminds me to not pack too much clothes, lol ! I recognised, i can buy anything i need everywher i go . Thanks for sharing good advises !👍🙏
Thank you for this wonderful video. Backpack is the most convenient bag for traveling.

Hello Christopher,
You are such an amazing role model to me as a young person who is 30 years old and dressing up every morning for work while dreaming to become financially independent and retired asap. I sold my stocks and savings (mostly was in gold) a couple of months ago and I bought a flat which I am currently living in with 30% of mortgage of its total to cut off my rent liability. 🙂 I also have a car. In total, i can say I could have $100K net saving if i would sell my flat and my car and assuming i pay all debts including mortgage. Or if I would give my flat on rent, it is $500 per month. It isn’t enough to cover my expenses in Asia so that I need additional sources of income that I need to create. This is why, I have some questions for my future investment strategy to retire.
– When did you decide and make sure that you are ready for retirement? There is “Rule of 300”, most probably you already know. “If you have the amount which covers 300 times of your montly expenses, you can retire.” Did you apply this approach? Or you calculated the sum of dividends’ payments per month and your rental properties’ income?
– The country i live (Turkey) hasn’t got many consistent dividend stocks in exchange market and their returns are low. Stock exchange market is relatively small here compared to leading markets such as US and the UK, and it is fluctuating dramatically sometimes because of politics and economical uncertainty. In the long term, stocks funds’ returns are really nice but lack of passive regular income is the issue with funds. Even if the fund includes dividend stocks, funds are using that amount to increase shares instead of paying it to investors directly. This is why, you need to sell a portion of fund when you need money for fund investment here. With this perspective, in my case, there are only two options which are: real estate investment and eurobonds to create sustainable monthly passive income. Am i missing something?
I would love to read your comments and thoughts for my situation and to my questions. Greetings and best regards. 😊
Great video. Don’t you have to have a properly labelled bottle for your prescription medication like for your cholesterol? How do you get your refill?
Seeing travellers carrying heavy backpacks makes me really wonder if there is real joy in such a manner of travel I prefer a light backpack with the minimalist of contents to enjoy my travels. I am not a you tuber to carry too much electronics gear. Glad I watched this very beneficial vlog of yours. Learnt a number of things.
Maybe next time you can do something on cell phone issues….. e-sim, charges in different countries, etc
Hello! Great channel, i love what you do. I'm a newly 55 yrs old digital nomad and minimalist traveler, I was in Thailand last month and now in Bali for two months. Concerning clothes, i packed only 3 sports t-shirts that dry fast and don't wrinkle. I would like to have 1-2 shirts like you have for special occasions but i fear it won't be practical as you wear them once and they go directly to the laundry bag. I am curious to know how do you manage that with only your 3 shirts? Thank you
