Weather update for the Philippines. Tropical storm Goring, International name Saola, may become a typhoon. Heavy rain and winds will affect parts of Luzon and this will also enhance the southwest monsoons. There are several storm tracking models that have it moving south along the east coast of Luzon, Philippines before moving back north and turning northwest toward Taiwan.
