Claudio serves with charisma, while his brother Gabriello cooks Roman cuisine with a creative twist — using fresh, organic products from the market and his wife’s farm. #ricksteveseurope #ricksteves #rome

Love Italy. Too much History is there.
Looks Like a Great Meal. I can't wait to travel to Italy again soon.
I love Rome
Rick has his seasons: His current season is: if you have the "Euros"!
the best of the best ! saaaarppaaaaaa
Americans do not understand that when they are in Italy, they find here the authentic italian cuisine: so, no ''spaghetti&meatballs'', ''caesar salad'', ''wedding soup'', ''fettuccine alfredo'' (?), ''pineapple pizza'' (AH AH AH, ''pineapple pizza'', not even in the mental hospitals they make it in Italy!) and other odd recipes probably invented by ''sicilian-americans''. ''Peperoni'' (with ONE ''P'') means ''peppers'' in Italian.
DAAAAAAAAAAANG
Looks super.
Rick has made Europe somewhat approachable for me.
