Hi, Chuck & Paige, Chuck you have moved forward leaps and bounds with stalling Kera's stuff in such a short time. Proud of you both. Given first reactions Kara is loving the new place. I would definitely build an island on wheels so you can place it where you need it when you want it. Will make all the difference when prepping for food if you have guests. It takes months to get it just right and you have the time so no rush. You guys are also have to prepare for your trip and Kara off to see Sam which will be great for them both. Don't you love it when a plan falls into place? I know I do. The wall I think will need a couple of coats of water-resistant paint I think it's the rainfall seeping through. You need to think about this it was nothing you could foresee. It's fixable. So congratulations on the progress so far.

I am no expert, but i think the apartment needs a bit more lighting .
It's fantastic that your Mum loves the place, it really is great. Fantastic vibes, that bed is amazingly soft. The side of the railing that you said you might add some height to the steps, be careful when it rains because those buckets are there for a reason, the water runs across the door entry and it gets slippy. Those buckets on the steps get filled pretty fast during heavy rain.
I love what you've done with the place and I totally get the OCD vibe with that weird section of the room but it looks great man, it really does. You are 100% on the red brick seeping through. I'm a painter by trade and it really bothered me looking at it. Love the slap bass and Mr. Bean 555

As of Sunday, just wanted to tell you that we always wish you, Paige and your mom we'll and appreciate all the positivity you share daily. My wife and I are amazed that you get critical comments and feel bad that they happen. It is great when you shrug them off. We spend much of our retirement life in Puerto Vallarta and Lakeway, TX but plan to spend some time in Thailand down the road. We worked on expat assignments in Perth Australia and traveled to Thailand frequently and loved every part of it. Warittha & I just love the massive size of your Mums Unit ( flat, home unit ) whatever you want to call the home. We are really impressed., , except for the steps. but . As she said its awesome . Your Mum & I are a similar age so she must love you so much that you are so attentive & patient looking after her. keep up your good work. That's creepy no no would I ever do that unless there's no other choice!! and this facial recognition was supposed to start here in the USA first but it has not yet because people here most people don't want anything to do with it at all!! I guess your not safe from that crooked stuff even in Thailand btw have you been listen on the Maui fire? So sad that the US government had this planned for awhile they want that land from the Hawaiians they wouldn't sell it so they helped with the burning,! police. Blocked exits so police pushed everyone back into fire area no one could leave then they turned off the water supply to make sure it burned
Abd as of today The government FEMA hasn't helped no one NO ONE !??
Hawaii is part of the United States and the US government says they're not and they will not give them water or supplies to these people that live in Maui The only help the residents of Maui are getting is from the private sector. Regular people bring in supplies from boats because they can't get to Lahaina it blockaded It's like the twilight zone. It's so sad they have no phone, no internet. They're blocked off from the world. It's very creepy. What they're doing?
