Both the cast member and the family should of Both on their own went out to Guest Relations at Town Hall with dealing with a problem. The cast member could just told the family to go to Guest Relations if they didn't like the procedures if the cast member was working and had to stay at their job area. Any issue there is an issue at disney to be dealt by disney not by the guest or the cast member!
ALL STAR NOT A VALUE ANYMORE BUT THEY ARE THE BEST TO GO TO PARKS
Kamaila…"get rid of the friendship boats..they're too slow."
Also Kamaila…"take the skyliner from boardwalk to Hollywood Studios"…where you need to get off at Caribbean Beach and wait in another line for another skyliner.
If you're staying at Boardwalk walk over to the Swan and Dolphin boat launch and it's non stop to Hollywood.
Those boats are not swift…but when you're leaving the parks at the end of the night….especially Epcot when your legs are falling off and back is throbbing…that boat is priceless.😅
Also some of those boat captains will joke around or give info on the resorts or parks…
Lastly it is my understanding that double strollers are not allowed on the skyliner.
