      Number 1, bum gun, in cold old England I have a bum gun fitted, because you have to when you are fortunately married to a thai lady. Its connected to the cold water supply and can cause yu to go "oooo" in the winter, but I absolutely agree, a necessity. I had to educate my plumber, but they will and can do it. You might have to order your own version from Amazon, but it is not impossible in the UK. I onlu use toilet paper now as a drying agent..

      I know you don’t like the sun or heat but you didn’t mention the weather. Beautiful beaches and year round warm/hot weather sounds good to me. Everyone seems to love the bum gun. I didn’t find it as thrilling as advertised so I bring paper with me now. Maybe I should try the gun again and a different technique 😂

      Japan has bum guns and it gets cold out there so I wouldn't let that stop me from getting one in the west but I'd miss it as well…the non judgmental aspect on surface I would miss as well

      20 comments on bum guns , about 5 bucks back in the west screw one on , it’s not rocket science boys , you poms still don’t get concept water cleans ………or money is for spending on hygiene etc … just a thought

      I like all your choices.
      For me, I would miss knowing actual nice people in Pattaya /Thailand.
      2. Friends – I have more friends in Pattaya than in my hometown here.
      3. The weather. ( I hate the F In snow)
      4. My money goes farther in Thailand.

      my Thai gf asked me to fit a "bum gun" to my flat in Germany before she came to visit. so I'm Asia-certified now

      p.s. maybe you'd be better off in somewhere like Southend rather than Birmingham as a comparison

      There is a social security system in Thailand. Firstly, there’s the 30b healthcare scheme. Furthermore, Thai employees pay social security from their salary which entitles them to things such as a pension, maternity cover, dental care etc.

      Had bum guns in UK for years after living in the land of smiles. Just plumb into pipework under cistern, yes it's bit cold in the winter and you need to tone down the water pressure, easy fix at stopcock/isolater valve adjustment under cistern etc easy peasy……My handy mate installed mine spurring off with some copper pipe and isolator valves in a matter of an hour each…………………………Great vid, plenty of margin to expand on, hopefully additional episodes……………………………………………………….Heaven forbid, I had to live back home but there is one word that sums up the UK for me and that is that life is 'complicated' there every way you turn and it isn't here………………..

      I leave for my third 2023 trip from JFK Airport to Thailand, in nine days. Nice topic. I have a fair idea what things I'll miss about the U.S. when I move to Jomtien

      5 top choices. Ive fitted a bum gun in my home in Brisbane. Could not be without it now. The biggest thing for me is being able to strike up a conversation with anybody, anywhere in Patts. Miss it terribly, but back soon.

      I have lived in Jomtien for 7 months if I had to leave I would miss the low cost of living, the friends I have made and the friendly girls even if it happens from buying drinks ( at my age would not happen in the US.) The only things I miss from the US are my grown kids and the low cost of Medicare health insurance.

      Spot on western people are conditioned to be miserable, Thais by comparison are so much happier, they know how to enjoy life!

      Hey Phil bum guns are available in California but they're called douches 😂 I would miss my oil massage for 200 baht and eating real Thai food

      I have seen the samething in Australia they can be judgemental and as you say they are forcing all the BS pronouns and if you can tell the bloody difference.
      Many times sitting at bars watching the street life thinking there is a Sabi Sabi any combination goes.
      And on another thing i have noticed when travelling different attractions or parks it is much up to you not like other countries where there are railings and other stuff like visiting whale rock.
      Over all Thailand is very much laid back and you take your risk in your own hands.

      It’s amazing 98 percent of guys miss the girls I wonder what percentage of girls miss the guys ….. 5 percent or is that a push 555

      I have a bumgun here in Texas. Also got one for the mother in law. I brought one back from a trip but the fittings are different. Bought one on Amazon (like lazada) and been happy ever since.
