  1. Shoutout to any Doreys in the comments. We can trace our lineage to the 16th century in Castel. I plan on going to visit someday, hopefully soon.

  2. Would have made the video a lot better if you pronounced the names properly.

Castel, pronounced Cat-ell. Not cas tell.
Castle cornet, pronounced castle cor-net not cornay.

    I could go on.

Please do your research and even ask locals beforehand. Our locals are friendly folk. It's our politicians that are idiots… mostly.

  3. My family (LeLaCheur) originated from this island before settling in Prince Edward Island around 1800 and then the United States. I'd love to visit someday!

  4. I was considered to get a job here last year on a beautiful golf resort & while on process, COVID-19 spikes and sadly, it wasn’t push through. What a sad moment. Beautiful Guernsey 🇬🇬

  6. Our family absolutely love Guernsey. The island is beautiful and St Peters Port is lovely. The island was so floral in summer when we visited. We ended up buying some Guernsey flowers online when we got back home from Guernsey Flowers by Post – some very beautiful Freesias that reminded us of the island. We will be going again this year!!! Brilliant island.
