Switzerland is mountainous so it is closer to google satellite and get clearer images
Switzerland has a 45% homeownership rate, when i asked a swiss man on reddit about it he said he didnt really think about it, but him, his parents, and grand parents all always rent, and if you want to buy a house youll have to pay a ton in a small market or build on the side of a mountain all with a 10%er level of income. Oddly enough even though this sounds like a horror show to me they seem to enjoy the society theyve built.

Norway is quite similar on this. And has quite a bit of underwater mapping too. You can download the terrain height map without or with buildings online at any point, and if you're a business that can show any reason to need it they will compile data specifically for you and send it to you customized to your needs
When you have all the money stashed away and have a population base of 125 people, you can do pretty much every usels shit.

Switzerland is one of the top 3 best countries for a reason.
Switzerland 🇨🇭 puts a lot of effort in their maps. Already in the 19th century the Swiss general Henri Dufour created a very detailed map of Switzerland. Switzerland also has a huge network of marked hiking trails.

Initially Google Map was invented for military purposes.
It preserve the same principle !
I've noticed wealthier countries have better Google maps. Look at South Sudan, there's almost no street view in the whole cou try.

Google works with Switzerland on mapping the country meanwhile Google blocks news in Canada from appearing on search and Google news because they’re unwilling to compensate journalists.

Compared this to how detailed Australia’s mapping is.
Apart from the city centre in Melbourne and Sydney, everything else is about 10 years in the past. 😂
