It’s unique enough to be interesting and the water feature is cool. I’d rather have this than some rectilinear city government building with the same vibe.

Reminds me of the reflecting pool at Pei’s Christian Science Monitor center in Boston. But better proportioned to the main structure than this building in Dallas.
