During our stay in Prague, we were invited by an American chef to try her Indian food. We had never had American-made Indian food before, so we were excited to see what it would be like.
The chef made us various dishes, including Pav bhaji, Channa chat, and Corn chaat. We were surprised at how authentic the food tasted. The chef had clearly put a lot of thought into her recipes, and she was very passionate about Indian cuisine.
We enjoyed trying the food and learning about the chef’s story. We also learned how he met her Indian husband.
