      Hi guys, I'm thinking of buying a house in Spain and visiting it using the Schengen rules. I'm new to this but I'm confused why you have a non-lucrative visa and pay spanish tax when you stay less than 6 months of the year in Spain?

      When buying a Property in Spain. You can lodge Purchase funds in Solicitors Holdings Account . On completion date Solicitors can organise a Banker draft .
      Set up Direct debit with Wise or Revolt. This method will save hundreds in Purchase expenses

      As I was out in Altos de Limonar last but busy doing some work on Apartment.
      I did walk through La Hoye where Construction is about to start as seen Marking out stakes in ground and I would guess work is process of starting is imminent

      Hi both, we followed your advise and closed our Sabadell bank account, our electric provider is Iberdrola, water is Hidraqua these two company’s changed our DD the same day as we closed Sabadell, our community fees said no, when I chalanged them and said Wise is a EU bank they accepted and now we all set up thanks to you👍 just need help on Non Residents Tax form? Where do I get Modello 210?
