Olivia and I traveled to South America with the goal of learning spanish and salsa. We chose Medellin, COLOMBIA as our home base and the place where we will spend the most time because they have some of the world’s best salsa dancers, we love the unique spanish accent of Medellín, and the people are lovely!
Every week I go to SALSA and SPANISH class (3x a week) mixed in with my regular routine of filming and editing videos, other side hustles, gym, and social life.
Eating out here is very affordable and the nightlife is incredible!
We are loving trying all the local foods like bandeja paisa, ajiaco, mondongo, buñuelos, sancocho, arepas…now you understand why as a foodie the gym MUST remain an integral part of my life lol…and the gyms here are amazing!
We’ve loved this city so much that we’ve extended our time here by another month! Colombia already has a special place in our hearts and we can’t wait to show you more of it in our upcoming videos!

Hey! We’re Olivia & Nathan, a couple from California, on a mission to travel to 100 countries!
In 2016, with enough money to last us 6 months, we took a chance and booked 2 one-way tickets across the world. We planned on living in Australia for 1 year – but that turned into 3. And then “touring Europe” after turned into “let’s see 100 countries!”
We had a dream of traveling the world full-time so we developed skills to work online (& saved a lot while working) to be able to live the life we do now.
In 2019 we created this YouTube channel to share what we learn along the way. And help other people (especially our fellow Americans) travel more often! 🙂
Nathan has lived more than half of his life abroad (France, Italy, Cambodia, Germany.) And Olivia, before living in Australia, traveled to far, far away lands like DisneyLand and Hawaii.
Whether you’re new to travel or are an experienced OG, travel is the best education and we hope to share that with you guys. ❤️
