I Drove to Africa in 24 Hours! From the Swiss Alps located in South Central Switzerland to Tangier, Morocco, we travelled 2,200+ KM to stay only one day in Africa and then drive back home. In 72 hours my best friend and I lived one of the craziest adventures of our lifetime, exhausting ourselves and one of the most resilient cars in the process. My 4×4 Mercedes. Putting nearly 5000 Kilometers on in just 3 days.
We pushed ourselves to exhaustion, traveled to the unknown with only one plan in mind. Get to Africa as fast as possible and see the world on the way there. Travel by plane would have been much easier, faster and affordable, but you literally skip everything that makes adventure great in the process. Adventure is not knowing whether you’re going to make it or fail. It’s going into the unknown and risking something in the process.
We tried everything in this journey and we tried nothing. So goes such a time restrictive challenge.
Who are we? We are NOMAD DAD.
As a father, a husband and career man in the modern age, it can feel like life has no room to experience much other. We believe that it’s possible to have the family, the career and do wild adventures!

You’ve probably seen the recent news; Morocco has had a devastating Earthquake. We want to help people in dire need. Here are links to some amazing Organizations helping people afflicted by the disaster, one of which is UNICEF.
When I was 7 years old, I became a refugee of war and UNICEF was there to help. I will never forget the humanitarian efforts battling the most evil of human deeds. Not only saving lives but showing me at such a vital age, that humanity is fundamentally good, and most of us are there for one another when tragedy and disaster strike!
