Hey everybody and welcome to our final winter episode in Europe as we spend 48 hours in the beautiful Hungary capital of Budapest.

We had a super relaxing 2 days in Budapest, taking Stephens parents around to some of our favourite spots. We started at Fishermans Bastion to see the incredible views of the city before making our way into St Stephen’s Basilica.

From there, Stephen went with his parents to the famous Budapest spa, Széchenyi Spa for some much needed relaxation.

After meeting back up with Jess, she took them to the Christmas markets for some street food to try Langos and golash and of course a chimney cake.

To end our final night on the Christmas winter holiday we had a Danube river cruise with some drinks 🙂

Hope you guys enjoyed this series!

  1. İn the period of Corona virus the best thing is to watch your trips and dreaming about travelling places all around the Europe like yours 😁

  2. Hey Jess and Stephen. Love your videos!! We are planning on going to Budapest in December and would love to do the Danube river cruise. The last "day cruise" is at 15:30 and the first "evening cruise" is at 17:00. I see in your video that it was still a bit light outside when you started the cruise – did you take the 15:30 one? I want those sunset views and don't want it to be completely dark out already.

  3. Well guys i am moving to hungary, so can someone help me.

  4. Everyone watching this please do not think that all the parts of Hungary is that good , if i had to say there is only 2,3 maybe 4 places (i have never been in the eastern part of Hungary) that are that populated or well structured even like Budapest but the western part ( near balaton) is poor and the rich areas tend to be racist to Hungarian minorities whose ancestors are Romani (from Northern India ) Like mine

  5. I miss langos!
We have it in Romania too, it's basically an more elastic, lighter, fluffier doughnut dough, deep fried. I'm drooling right now.

We'll have to do Budapest in winter too!

  6. Hey it’s so good to see you in Budapest because I live in Budapest and it’s amazing you are here and I think Budapest is so beautiful and I’m so proud of you guys are here💗💗

  7. The subtitles are sooo bad!!! The video promotes the city but the crap subtitles bring it down! Budapest is the place to go!! I recommend to everyone!! Been 6 times now and cant wait to go back!!

  8. Budapest is my absolute fave city to visit. And hey, if the date of the video is when that was shot – I was there end of January of last year aswell, the very same time. Another thing I can recommend for your next visit there: Take the 291 bus from Nyugati Station up to Zugliget, Libegő, a chairlift up the Janos Hill. Or take a Hév train from örs vezer Tere out to Göddölő Castle, where the Austrian Empress Elzabeth ("Sisi") loved to spend her time. A Boat trip up to Visegrád or Esztergom is also always worth a trip, the floodplains of the Danube are so scenic to see and the area around the Danube knee aswell

  9. Please Hungary, leave the EU ! We europeans, don.t want you in !!!! Go to Russia, thats a closer culture to yours !! Do it soon, we are fed up of your way of thinking. Take with you Catholic Poland.. it will be a relief to get rid of Poland as well.. good luck !!

  10. ну у нас в России тоже холодно, субтитры на русском языке пропишите, интересно смотреть, а что говорите не понятно
