In today’s video you join us back on the road and enjoying van life travel again in Germany! After being stranded in Berlin for several weeks waiting for those export plates, we’re mobile again and heading south with the plan to visit a few sights along the way. We have a little challenge to keep our minds clear as we continue the big task of getting our campervan back to Spain and legal, so we run around the pretty city of Bamberg over doing it completely before staying with the concords! Then after receiving some more bad news and realising it was never going to happen the way we planned, it’s time to get back to Spain as quickly as we can! Let’s do this!!

Wasted £4500 on rinsers that clearly just strung you along on importation requirements and yet can't buy a new battery for the van for around £100 strange logic! I told you it was a waste of time fitting the van out in past posts.
Hi, don't waist any time. I am Spanish and you know how long thing's take…good luck 🍺🍺
Love, Love you guys!
Great footage.
I'd really Love to go to Punta Gorda one day.
Ashley, really cute suit!
Sail on Sailors!
There seems some good advice amongst the 'noise' in the comments. You're lucky as most folk who embark on the complex task of import/export of any vehicle across European countries don't have 62k subscribers for support. The easy bit was export plates from Germany, which is tricky in itself. Your next journey is spainish bureaucracy, which could be a whole new YouTube Channel. Best of luck🤓
Bamburg is beautiful! So glad you are traveling again! Great job on the running challenge!
Having gone through the re-registion in Spain it's not a big problem.
Just make sure your ducks are lined up.
The culture is quite different, it's not the UK.
Please also remember each country has its own rules and culture, despite those who suggested it was not possible within the EU
buzz watching you two and the doggys glad you have ya new plate van looks ace chris in preston uk keep up ya good work your a pleasure to watch
Its lovely in summer, lots of colour around the harbour. But it is packed around lunchtime, principally with river cruise passengers.
Can't believe the red tape. It's ridiculous that you have to strip the van to import it.
any insulation behind them walls???
with the amount of travelling you do why do you need to import it into spain??
Hi Nick and Sarah, not sure if my BetseyBlueCampervan message went though so repeating it here with my business utube. I have space for you to do the work on my secure drive near Alicante in Spain if you need it and I am doing the same with my Vespa from France. I have an engineer lined up near me for my inspection so have the details for you also and the ITV organised in Alicante. I'm even away in December to January at my London home so you are welcome to use my villa. If I can help you at all please let me know. Evie & Pablo Rescue Chihuahua.
I think you tow are the only Youtbers who really knows how to look at your subscibers directly into tthe camera. I was as if you two was looking right at me. ❤
Safe travels home!!!!!😊
Good luck with everything and hope it all comes together well. Good thing about having to rebuild is that you will know exactly where everything is and how it works. Makes it a lot easier if something goes wrong, to fix it. PS love the doggies.
It must be fantastic being back travelling, even if it’s initially to get the van back to Spain.
It seems crazy that you have to jump through these hoops to import your van into Spain even though you are EU citizens😳
Thanks for the link for readly. I love magazines, but it’s usually so difficult to choose which one to buy. This way I’ve got the option of reading all different ones.
Now I just need to find the time to read them 😂
Xx
I admire your strenght and positivity 😍👌… You think Europe is one…. but no… crazy isn't it?😢 Drive home safely ❤🙏🐾

Hiya team Expawers. I’m really appreciative of your channel and content and I’ve one question for you as to the Fiat desplay for your satnav as I’ve a Fiat MH and I’d love to learn from you.
Thanks in advance.
Moderate running is so much healthy for your mind, a strong anti-depressing habit.
Regarding the van. Sometimes it doesn't pay to be honest, especially to authorities.
Goodluck Guys.
Such a shame we live in such a pointlessly over complicated world. I feel for you
Sorry about your faff, I really thought it was simpler within the EU. Hope you soon get everything sorted. I have had a big downer this week, a mouth ulcer that wouldn't heal on my tongue is looking very much like cancer of the tongue. The doctor said it doesn't look good in her opinion, so I have an appointment with the specialist head and neck doctors on the second of November to try and get an answer as to what kind of tumour it is and possibly have scans to see if it's spread, I'm not going to lie I'm gutted, and I did work for ten years in oncology so I know the treatment for these cancers and they are brutal. So back to Spain and some warmth guys that will be great, hubby really wanted to go somewhere warmer in our motorhome for Christmas but I don't think that's going to happen now. As usual the doggies have a special place in my heart they are so cute and spoiled. Just how doggies are supposed to be. So hopefully see you next week somewhere warmer, safe travels😊❤🇬🇧
Thank you for the guided tour guys ! Good to see you are making progress on taking the van back to Spain.
Sending all good vibes your way guys!! YOU GOT THIS❤❤❤🎉🎉🎉
Great 👍
Living in Spain myself I did think that this is what you would have to do. Spain is so strict with certain things and love you to jump through hoops for everything. Hope all goes well and will follow your journey to get everything legalised so you can carry on with you travels. ❤
You guys are inspirational. How you retain your positivity is incredible. Buena suerte amIgos x
No heater ?
So I am guessing you can drive it to spain as it is and then register it as an import when you are home and have somewhere to take all its inards out? They cant surely expect you to drive it there empty when it wont need to be registered till it gets there. IF you were holiday makers going to spain from germany, you wouldnt need to empty it and a holiday maker could drive to spain and se=ell it to a spanish resident who then went through the import rules from the safety of their own home.
Feel really sorry for you guys having to deal with Spanish bureaucracy. As I said in a comment a couple of weeks back from my own dealings with them….useless, inefficient.and basically incompetant All they want to do is charge as much as possible for doing as little as they can get away with….and nothing seems to have improved in the last 20 years.
Running and exercise is good for you, it helps serotonin and melatonin levels helping with balancing everything❤😊
So good you resisted the alcohol, its not good, bad for the liver and the soul, that's why they legalise it
Lots of love snd light to you both 💕💖
