“Yodler’s Cough” Cocktail
2 ozs of gin (preferably herbal style)
.25 oz fresh lemon juice
1 Ricola (preferably the original non-sugar free type)
– Put Ricola in the 2 ozs of (room temp) gin and let dissolve for one hour.
– Remove whatever is left of the Ricola. – Add infused gin and lemon juice to cocktail shaker full of ice and stir until well chilled.
– Strain into pre-chilled martini glass, serve with a lemon twist!
