Thean Hou temple was completed in 1987, is a six-tiered Buddhist temple and also known as one of the largest Chinese temples in South East Asia, Its grand architecture has made it as one of the tourist destination.
The front entrance of the temple features a multi-arched gateway with red pillars, the colour symbolic of prosperity and good fortune. It is most stunning Chinese architecture ever seen.
Apart from relaxing and worshipping, thousands of couples come here to register their marriage.
【BEST TIME TO VISIT】
The best time to visit Thean Hou temple is before 9am in the morning & evening. Temple will starts busy after 9am. Suggest arriving early to beat the tour groups.Hours of operation are from 8am – 10pm daily.
Highly recommend visit only to see the lanterns all lit up in red during the Chinese new year. Do visit during the evening time as it looks beautiful.

强烈建议您仅在春节期间到访天后宫， 这时红红灯笼高高挂怖满整座建筑屋使的天后宫在夜晚里看起来很壮观及优美。
