Thank you for watching our video, “Driving around Tokyo Disney Resort (TDR) in Urayasu, Chiba, Japan [Slow TV] 千葉ドライブ”. We actually drove through Edogawa ward, Tokyo as well.

Driving around the Tokyo Disney Resort was surprisingly refreshing! It was fun to see the buses with Mickey Mouse icons running around the city.

The Tokyo Disney Resort (東京ディズニーリゾート, Tōkyō Dizunī Rizōto) is a theme park and vacation resort located in Urayasu, Chiba, Japan, just east of Tokyo.

Tokyo Disneyland (東京ディズニーランド, Tōkyō Dizunīrando) is a 115-acre (47 ha) theme park at the Tokyo Disney Resort.

Tokyo DisneySea (東京ディズニーシー, Tōkyō DizunīShī) is a 176-acre (71.22 ha) theme park at the Tokyo Disney Resort.

Urayasu (浦安市, Urayasu-shi) is a city located in Chiba Prefecture, Japan. As of December 1, 2015, the city had an estimated population of 163,258, and a population density of 9490 persons per km². The total area is 17.30 square kilometres (6.68 sq mi).
Urayasu is best known as the home of the Tokyo Disney Resort, which opened in April 1983, and the headquarters of The Oriental Land Company.

On the eastern side of Tokyo, Edogawa is an exciting ward full of museums, gardens and towers. The leafy district has a range of parks that have waterside views and are also well prepared for potential natural disasters.

– On main roads most major destinations are sign-posted in English. In rural areas this may not be the case.
-Parking can be difficult to find in some urban centres and expensive
