Kyiv (Kiev) is underrated. The capital of Ukraine should be on par with Rome, Paris and London.
Kyiv is a beautiful destination high on interest, but in comparison to those mentioned; non touristy. Adding friendly people, delicious food, grand architecture, great weather, inexpensive… If you ever plan to visit Europe, then Kyiv should be on your list.
Kyiv exceeded my expectations big time. I rank the capital city of Ukraine as my favorite destination on my recent trip through parts of Central, Eastern and Southern Europe.
