This is a FULL TOUR of my new apartment in Hanoi, Vietnam. I moved into this place mid-June, and have been absolutely satisfied!
It’s a Studio apartment, in the Thuy Khue Ward of Tay Ho district, in Hanoi city. It’s a very authentic Vietnamese neighborhood (meaning, not so many foreigners at all). Just the way I like it.
After viewing quite a few disappointing locations in my apartment hunting video ( I was finally able to land this place, which really fit my style and daily living needs.
It is $350 per month, with one month deposit. It includes a secure parking cage for motorcycles, purified water service, high-speed WiFi, and a cleaning maid comes twice a week to clean the apartment. Electricity is separate and propane gas are separate.
I found this apartment while looking around the Hanoi Massive Housing Facebook group, so if you’re looking for a place, I suggest checking out those groups first. There were a few with the same name, but all of them had thousands of members, so any one of them was good for listings of places.
