    First Day in VIETNAM 🇻🇳 Saigon is CRAZY but we LOVE IT!



    Good morning from Vietnam! 🇻🇳 In this first impressions video we share our thoughts about the lively Saigon which has numerous landmarks around the city that hold so much history! The post office – considered to be one of the most beautiful in the entire world! – was our absolute favourite. As usual, we also indulged ourselves into the local food – first things first, we tried the delicious Bahn Mi 🥖 and then (coffee-lover) Karolina tried her first Vietnamese coffee! ☕️ We ended up our tour at the iconic Ben Thanh Market having some more local specialties 😋 #Saigon #HCMC #Vietnam

      Well, for the herbs or green veggies other than coriander (which you are not fond of…) you find in the food should be “citronella” or people commonly call it “lemongrass”, you should be able to find it in all kinds of Vietnamese food though…I personally love it in Pho (Vietnamese noodles) or fried cabbage & beef with it, it’s kind of adding that extra kicks to the food though🎉🎉🎉

      What in the world?? You guys went to three countries I’ll be going to next week! Going to Seoul, then Saigon and finishing off in Taipei. ( Taipei is my home country ❤) you guys are so cute!! Love the videos!!

      Two of the dishes and a drink shouldn’t cost D16000. Did u guys used the wet wipes? The D 20000 each. I was in Vietnam 2013 perhaps the prices has changed. Next time eat at a small restaurant on the street . they r a lot cheaper . The market is a tourist trap.

      Try Com Tam Nguyen Van Cu if you are still in HCM. It is not too far from Ben Thanh market. You will enjoy the rice dishes. Ben Thanh market is not a place to eat. It is a tourist trap. The vendors source the cooking out & they don't cook themselves.
